Rebecca Purcell an artist who shares my love for timeworn objects, may be best known for her previous work in past years with ABC carpet and home as their visual director, as well as a stylist for the Anthropologie Catalog.
Her work cherishes the hidden stories that vintage items hold, coming through in her amazing line of one-of-a-kind artistic jewelry and assemblage pieces. "Using what she refers to as an "alchemical process" involving an assortment of found objects, childhood predilections and obscure philosophies, Rebecca Purcell transforms ordinary materials into extraordinary pieces of clothing and accessories for home and wearing."
On her website you can take further peeks into her personal world of interiors, by viewing the links in the press section. It's really worth the clicks...

The design is so breathtaking, so elegantly done. The wall picture frames are so unique, so creative.

I'm delighted to see this post on my favorite, Rebecca Purcell. Her book has helped me develop my own style. I too, can't wait for the next one.

So elegant with all the "gold" tones. I wish I could break out of my box and create a wall with mis-matched photo frames.
